History

Albanian Women's Christian Association (YWCA of Albania), since 2008, conducts its operations under a five year strategic plan for strengthening Movement labeled.At found clearly defined vision of the organization, its mission, values ​​on which it is based, objectives and priority areas of action.

Mission

Association mission is to contribute to the development of potentials and empowerment of women and girls, as well as their participation in resolving issues vital for the whole society (health, rights, freedoms, etc.).

Vision

Vision of the Association is that of a movement with the active participation and leadership of women and girls, through which ensured a society where the prevailing peace, justice, freedom, human dignity, health and care for the environment.
